It's reported that the Taiwanese stainless steel mills are going to release December price policy this week.

Industry predicted that the Taiwanese stainless steel mills might seek to leave the December list prices unchanged since the LME nickel prices have rebounded recently.

This week, the spot nickel prices are at around US$16,500/ton, increasing by US$1,000/ton from the prices in early November.

However, market participants expected the steelmakers to cut prices for December since the average nickel prices in November are still lower than the prices in October.
